All sales on OriginPk are final. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that OriginPk operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a transaction is processed through Stripe and the associated virtual goods, in-game items, currency, cosmetics, ranks, keys or any other digital content have been delivered to the in-game account you supplied at checkout, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, regardless of whether the items have been used, traded, dropped, lost, banned, reset or otherwise.
Digital goods sold on OriginPk have no cash value, are not convertible to real-world currency, and are provided solely for use within the OriginPk game server. Because items are delivered instantly and automatically to your account upon payment, a purchase cannot be reversed, recalled, or cancelled once initiated.
By clicking "I agree and continue" you confirm that:
- You are the legitimate owner of the payment method used, are at least 18 years of age (or have the express permission of a parent/legal guardian), and are purchasing of your own free will.
- You have entered the correct in-game name; OriginPk is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect, mistyped or compromised account.
- You will not initiate chargebacks, payment disputes or reversals with your bank, card issuer or Stripe. Any attempt to do so will result in a permanent ban of your OriginPk account and may be pursued as fraud.
- OriginPk reserves the right to modify, suspend, remove or rebalance items, ranks and services at any time without notice. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund, compensation or replacement.
- In the extremely rare event that an item fails to deliver due to a technical fault on OriginPk's side, staff may — at their sole discretion — re-deliver the item in question. This is the only remedy offered, and no cash refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
- OriginPk, its staff and its volunteers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your purchase or your use of purchased items.
If you do not agree to this policy, do not proceed with payment. Closing this dialog will return you to your cart with your items preserved.
